Tabata or Yoga - Pressed for time! Get your 40-45 minute workout in Sunday mornings 10:00 am! These workouts will burn the calories. Tabata is a high intensity interval training. 20 seconds on and 10 second break. Running the exercise 8 times, lasting four minutes. Yoga is now being added on a couple Sunday mornings a month.

THURSDAYS EVENINGS BOOTY & ABS 

Starting in May on some Thursday evening we will be having Booty & Abs class. Booty & Abs class will sometimes be on some Sunday mornings also.




SATURDAY MORNING QUICK FIT 


Quick Fit Class - What's Quick Fit? This new and exciting class is fast and furious. You want a full body workout to build strength and get you conditioned and lose weight? Three Quick rounds of mixed exercises that will make you wake up in a heartbeat! Starts out with a warm-up and then it's time for the Quick Fit exercises and a cool down. Take this challenge and give your body something new. 45 minutes for this workout. Saturday Mornings 9:00 am
